Gb800 Environmentally friendly water-based UV base varnish matched with UV surface varnish is base coating product, which apply to offset printing press machine, independent polishing machine. High adhesion, fast drying, good flexibility, excellent leveling are its merit. It can significantly improve UV varnish gloss, adhesive power, leveling and effectively prevent printing ink and spraying powder from UV poor adhesion, easily fall off, and shrinkage phenomenon, reducing plastic coating area of UV surface varnish and cost.

Instructions:
1. Stir must be fully before use, maintain internal composition uniformly. After opening, storage should be stamped seal, stop impurity from polluting varnish and effective solvent volatilization in varnish, then affect varnish performance
2. According to processing conditions and climate, add appropriate amount of diluter(water) or mixture liquid of alcohol and water(2:1),ensure adhesion and flexibility, which depend on paper and season. Roller coating varnishing can dilute about 20% thinner. Varnishing on line can directly use varnish. During use, appropriate thinner should be added to adjust viscosity.
3. Varnish amount depend on paper quality. Generally: printing machine use 3-6g/©O,2-5 g/©O for varnishing machine
Notes:
1.Using amount of varnish should taking paper thinkness as principle .If dilution is excessive, it will affect adhesion flexibility and degree of cover; On the contrary, dilution is insufficient, it will result in varnish coating too thick, poor liquidity, and plastic coating surface appear varnish trace.
2.Drying method can adopt infrared to dry, hot air or heating tube to heat and dry. During drying equipment running, temperature can not be less than 90℃.
